The moldy shower was a letdown, but the room was spacious enough for comfort.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, took time to talk and settle me in. Excellent extras in the room re tea/ coffee/ cocoa/ biscuits and hairdryer/ ironing eqpt. Great cooking facilities. Everywhere very clean and well equipped.
As a single person who has to pay more per head to stay than in a couple, I would have liked veggie sausage/ mushrooms? option for brekkie as I asked for veggie breakfast in advance. Eggs and cheese were lovely but if meat eaters get bacon and sausage on tap why not specials for veggies? The boiler outside my door was noisy at night

fairly clean traditional hotel with pretty friendly and pleasant staff. good sized and well-kept rooms, very enjoyable stay for travellers and young people wanting flexible times! particularly good location close to main attractions and a metro station. fresh food in the restaurants such as al-mirage, located 5 min away.

convenient location, self-catering kitchen, laundry facilities
Noise levels can be quite bothersome, particularly from outside traffic. Maintenance issues like leaking ceilings and broken electrical sockets detracted from my experience!!! A refurbishment would certainly make a difference!!!

Had a great time! The self-serve breakfast fridge had all the essentials Plus, the room was cozy and felt safe. Just a bit noisy at times, otherwise a solid stay!

Conveniently located at the end of the Northern Line, you can cook/do your laundry but your room is still being done every day: the perfect mix between a hotel and an hostel... But then clean and half the price of most London Hotels!

Exceptionally comfortable beds, telly, a kitchenette, and a kettle in the room. Decent sized private bathroom. Good location in which everything worked🙂

The noise levels were quite bothersome, with disturbances from the street and guests coming and going at all hours. I encountered some cleanliness issues. Hair on the bedsheets and unclean kitchen utensils. The bed was a real letdown, feeling worn out with springs that could be felt easily, made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Maintenance was lacking, with reports of broken shower fixtures and some areas that seemed to need a good refresh. The lack of consistent Wi-Fi connectivity was a hassle for anyone looking to catch up on some work. Granted, it's got its perks, but the issues do stand out a bit too much for comfort.

Very courteous, informative greeting meeting.
Very basic - hotel is not really the best description. Advertised as bed and continental breakfast but you had to prepare and cook anything you wanted yourself.

This was perfect for my recent visit. I wanted to be in Tooting specifically. The room was sparse but exceptionally clean. There was a kettle, instant tea/coffee/sugar/whitener in the room, and a granola bar. The kitchen downstairs had a fully stocked fridge with breads, milk, yogurt, cheese, ham etc. There were cereals. There was a washer/dryer for guests. Free internet, and when it went down, the staff responded immediately, and got it working.
This hotel was exactly what I wanted, and I will definitely stay again, and recommend it to family. But don't stay there if you expect luxury. The rooms are sparse, but clean and adequate. I stayed on the top floor, and it squeaked when I walked on it. I'm glad I wasn't in the room below. Don't stay if you want a dining room or other facilities. It was great value for money.

For some reason, the bed was ancient and not even slightly comfortable, an absolute surprise, given my expectations. Absolutely no proper breakfast options, and I would have thought I deserved at least a welcome treat. It's almost as if they think all guests are the same. I just couldn't give a good review after that!

The Flexistay concept is a real winner in my opinion, with a choice of basic or luxury studio flats. I stayed in a basic studio but for the price this was excellent vfm. I was met by a very helpful staff member who introduced me to the building including the shared main kitchen with a wide range of self service all day breakfast items. Then my studio which had kitchen/diner, sleeping area and shower room. Flexistay offer additional discounts for longer stays- very attractive for a business customer like me.
The shower room would benefit from a refresh decoration sometime soon but it's perfectly adequate.

Nice quiet room at the top of the house. Only thing I would add is a bedside lamp. Wonderful accomodating hotel staff.

The self-catering kitchen was excellent, providing flexibility for meal times, and the fridge was stocked with fresh items like eggs and bacon. The noise from the street was intrusive, especially at night, which detracted from comfort. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some areas needing more attention. Limited parking options made arrival somewhat challenging.
